Autopedia Monthly Payment Plan - Client Service Agreement
This service agreement sets out the Autotech payment terms for your Autopedia Subscription on the Monthly subscription plan.
By accepting these online terms by clicking the 'I agree' box that directs you to this agreement you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:
Charging your Repco / Capricorn Account
By providing us with your Repco / Capricorn account number and accepting these online terms by clicking the 'I agree' box you have authorised us to charge your account.
Your account will be charged the $108 (excluding Gst) per calendar month. We will advise you, in writing or email any changes to the Autopedia arrangements [amount; frequency] at least 30 calendar days prior to these changes.
You may cancel the Autopedia subscription at any time. However Auto-Tech requires 30 days written notice to cancel subscriptions.
Subscriptions on the Monthly subscription plan are invoiced on a recurring subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew at end of each month until cancelled by the account holder. Payments will continue uninterrupted.
Cancellation of the Automatic Renewal
You can cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice via email to Autotech (firstname.lastname@example.org). Refunds, in full or part of the total subscription fee, will not be paid on monthly subscription plans when cancelled.
Ensure that the person who signs the authorisation given to charge the nominated Repco / Capricorn account is the authorised person on the Repco / Capricorn account
Ensure that the Repco / Capricorn account is clear. That is, the account is not on stop credit and to advise us with at least 14 days written notice if your Repco / Capricorn account is on stop credit or has been closed. Alternative payment arrangements will need to be made before the next payment date
Payment plan contingencies
If your payment has been rejected, you authorise us to present a further charge in the following month including any amounts for previously rejected claims. Or we may request alternative means of payment.
If two or more consecutive payments return rejected on your Repco / Capricorn account and we have been unable to seek reimbursement from you for the payments, we reserve the right to cancel your access to the subscription.
If your subscription access is cancelled by us, We will seek payment for the balance of the invoice outstanding.
We will keep all Information pertaining to your nominated account at the financial institution private and confidential.
During the application and registration processes, Autotech will collect personal information about you for the primary purpose of enabling us to establish and manage this product.
Autotech will not use your personal information for any other purpose without Your prior consent unless it is authorised to do so by law.
